Light Painting and night photo shoot

Took advantage of the evening to experiment with light painting around school. My roommate Zach came to help out (and actually do all the hard work...I just stood very still with my camera).
Here is the aftermath of that, plus a profile pic photo shoot in the lights of the parking lot.

An apple a day...

This was the only apple we found Saturday that was still on the tree. It was tiny, and no one wanted it when there were hundreds more

But Saturday it was monuments! We were overjoyed to find this little guy.

Moral of the story: don't wait till November to go apple picking, unless you don't like apples.

A great Saturday

Today Kami and I were able to spend the afternoon with the Jennings family and the evening with our friends James and Joy. We went apple picking, but all the apples were gone (except one tiny one Joy found, other than that they were all gone). It was still a great evening with Friends

- and yes, the pics with bamboo in them are from the apple orchard in Flat Rock... not sure why there is bamboo there, but hey it made for some good pictures
